Moving into your new home should be exciting, not stressful. At The Moderne, we make it as seamless as possible — here’s what you need to know for a smooth move-in day.
1. First Payment
Your first payment is due a week before move-in. This must be made via cashier’s check or money order, so make sure to plan ahead and have it ready.
2. Schedule Your Elevator Time
Call the concierge to schedule your move-in elevator. Our elevators are placed in priority service mode during move-in, so they stay locked on your floor and make transporting your belongings simple and efficient.
3. Parking & Entry Options
New residents have two convenient options:
- Park in the alley and enter through the back door.
- Park in front of the 303 entrance and enter through the front door.
4. Concierge Check-In
Bring a valid ID to check in at the concierge desk. The team will make sure your move-in goes smoothly and guide you to the correct elevator and entrance.
5. Your Keys and Fob
After checking in, you’ll receive:
- Your front door key
- Your mailbox key
- Your fob for building access
With these steps completed, you’ll be ready to start moving into your new home with minimal hassle.
