\nYour first payment is due a week before move-in. This must be made via cashier’s check or money order, so make sure to plan ahead and have it ready.<\/p>\n

2. Schedule Your Elevator Time<\/b>
\nCall the concierge to schedule your move-in elevator. Our elevators are placed in priority service mode during move-in, so they stay locked on your floor and make transporting your belongings simple and efficient.<\/p>\n

3. Parking & Entry Options<\/b>
\nNew residents have two convenient options:<\/p>\n

• Park in the alley and enter through the back door.<\/li>\n
• Park in front of the 303 entrance and enter through the front door.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  4. Concierge Check-In<\/b>
  \nBring a valid ID to check in at the concierge desk. The team will make sure your move-in goes smoothly and guide you to the correct elevator and entrance.<\/p>\n
